Love the look of the bag – absolutely chic. My only hangup with this type of bag is that the functional element. If you have this over your arm – isn’t it a bit of a hassle to get in and out of your bag if say…you had a coffee, bag, baby, etc in the other? It just seems too ladylike and not functional in a modern sense.

I freaking love Chanel! I used to think it was an "old lady" brand, but Chanel has really grown on me the last few years with younger celebs toting around their flaps and totes now. I have a couple of bags and accessories, some have been bought from this location. Service is great and I've never had any issues with them. I needed to have a belt repaired a couple of years ago and service time was on the dot. Wonderful selection of accessories, makeup and RTW... totally drool worthy! It doesn't always carry the entire collection so if you have your eye on a particular color, you sometimes need to order state-side. My only reason for the 4 instead of the 5 star is more of the pricing policy. One of my pet peeves has been the ridiculous price increases in the last few years - my first flap was bought in 2007 for about $1500US... it's now $2500 US/Cdn 2 years later!
